Honey-Stout Braised Ribs

A little bit of sweet honey n' stout!

Honey-Stout Braised Ribs

Pre-heat oven to 325°. Combine brown sugar, pepper and salt; rub over ribs and place bone-side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle honey on top. Combine beer and vinegar and pour over ribs.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 250° and continue to bake for 2+ hours or until tender.

Lightly coat the grill rack with oil and drain ribs. Grill (covered) on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until browned, turning and basting occasionally with barbecue sauce. Yields 6 servings.
